Included are preview articles, team line-ups, pen pictures of all the Liverpool and Brugge players, history of European Cup Finals with results from all the previous Final matches 1956-1977 plus results and team line-ups of all Brugge previous matches in Europe 1967-1978.

Sixty four page Belgian magazine Sport 70 reviews the matches Club Brugge played in qualifying for the final. This magazine is possibly an official club issue.

1978 European Interclubs winners medal awarded to Liverpool players and officials. The European Interclubs Team of the Year competition, sponsored by Adidas, was awarded by France Football magazine. The league table was based on marks given by their football correspondents throughout the season. The awards ran from 1968 to 1991.
